White paper is not enough to decide whether to invest in the project or not. Give ways to choose a good project like, the background of the team, the advisors, the investment funds of the project, and the interest from the community. That's how I choose to invest in a project

It is really a tough search for any investors as well as for many bounty hunters.  We've already flooded with many projects or ICO, it only few of them were a legit and mostly scams. 
Yes,  we give huge consideration on the team members but we take a look also if it have already raise enough money for capitalization and project support.  Cause if that missing,  even they have an excellent team it could still fails.

The most important thing is to check who is in the dev team core. The most important are people behind the project and their experiences. Whitepaper and tokens allocation are also very important. Never forget that the devil is in the details.

During last year I faced a ton of scam ICOs and you know, some of them are too experienced and you will never determine scam. If team don't disclose names and show faces, not always it is a scam. Look, there is a hype coin Grin and their team is absolutely anonymous

Choosing a good project is really hard to do nowadays. Number of fraud projects is so high since end of 2017 but there is still a good project but you need extra energy to find it. You can read the whitepaper it contain all information you need and ICO rating site or telegram group.

Maybe now with Binance launchpad will be more interesting to see the ICO market and more interesting opportunities will come out to invest

if I still see the site page, then see the road map, and the team. if there is something that is not in accordance with the fact, maybe I will leave. for me reading the whitepaper is still inexperienced and I'm also still a little difficult to distinguish between scam projects or not

Today it is nearly impossible to choose. If you really could find the perfect project it can be endinng bad too. I believe that %5 project could pay you these days, no more. The bounty manager must create a few requirements before try this should become the first priority to make sure if that was no a fraudulent platform. So far if you are seeing so many scam airdrops, bounties or even hardfork and you will see how important it is.
