2020 will be the next halving time for bitcoin and we know that based on the 2016 experience and the halving will give a huge impact to the price of bitcoin because less bitcoin will be dumped to the market. People are not doing any research about that.

Whales will be in the position where they can gained profits, to attract more new players/investors the market needs to have some back down, whales knew that when they dumped huge amount of their holdings weak and panic holders will go along with them placing the entire market to dumped sessions, after that whales will just wait for a perfect timing buying back again and surely calculated to have more holdings and start buying again to create little pumped and those who will going to fomo will become a victim as whales will dumped back and just repeat the cycle.

You have made some good points and I think the whales are really benefiting from this market.  If they are not benefiting from it why notting is been done to pull back bitcoin to were it is in 2017. The cryptocurrencies market is currently in a bad shape and I do believe that some people are profiting from it.  However,  2020 is still far and we are to wait for that time to know if there is going to be a bull run or not as new cryptocurrencies investors are coming into the market.  Let them "continue to profit on future"

I think you have a point right there so I just think that is there another bottom aside from $3200 dip last month? I just wonder because if there is then, new investors would probably join in the market but the assurance of pumping or having a bull run is not determined yet.

We may still need some other factors like halving, hard fork, or something.

We will wait for a better news, there is no prediction when there is a low level. Improvements from the financial sector must indeed be addressed and this will help the market increase. there might be a possibility of bullrun in 2020 since this year is somehow a failure for a bullrun but instead this year will become a warm up to it. Whales might get tired of controlling and manipulating the crypto market and maybe theyre full now and ready to make a profit and when that happens, green days will occur immediately.

the reason must be with a basis and also data that actually bullish itself cannot be known in the cryptocurrency some indicators are just speculation and it cannot be a reference to be able to provide a fact

I only hope that the bull market will come to us in this year and the next year because we need to recover our losses in a big amount. I think when it's happening, the bull run will not directly increase very high but it will happen to reach one level, got stable, and break another level and so on. I would be glad if the bull runs happening, and it directly makes the price to jump too high so that we can sell the coins at the very higher price.
