Sometimes things around us look gloomy and make us depressed with lack of hope of getting out. Suicide sometimes become a thought and easy way out. Have you felt like committing suicide before?

No, suicide is never an option for me no matter what I face.

Well... sometimes you just don't know how to cope with the pain. It accumulates inside you day by day and wears your mind. People are no different from a glass. They break very fast.
No surprise that a person can be suicidal if he lives in constant sorrow and has no hope left.

Suicide comes as a result of lack of confidence and isolating oneself from other people.

I guess you are referring to suicide that comes from being jilted by a lover. Otherwise, mentioning lack of confidence doesn't have anything to do with a depressed and hungry man committing suicide. A hungry man is an angry man.

You can always just leave everything and everyone behind and start all over. Suicide is too definitive.

Suicide is a viable method of ending early that more people are going to take advantage of in the coming years.   There are only two things you should consider before you commit suicide.

1) It's a permanent solution to a temporary problem.  Don't commit suicide unless you have wanted to for a considerable time.  Most depressed feelings pass.

2) Do not take any innocents with you.

Everyone sounds harmless here like saints. So who are those then committing suicide if everyone here swear they would not commit it no matter how depressed they get? I hate hypocrites.

I don't think it makes sense when someone intends to commit suicide just because they are unable to deal with life's problems. I just want to know, what problem befell someone's most severe life? debt? have enemies? or love? these three problems are very easy to deal with. Everyone has the power to make themselves comfortable, only they have to be able to find that comfort by being themselves.

Many years  ago in 1983 I took a lot of pills. Woke up the next day and was fine. I had been sick for two years and thought being dead was better then my life at that time.

I believed I would stay sick the rest of my life. I was only 26 and thought I could stay sick for 40 or 50 years.  So two days later those pills got me really sick I had to go to emergency room for treatment.

I was lucky the shots in the ER FIXED the overdose.

In 1985 I meet my wife married her in 1986. Still married to her and happy my act of desperation back in 1983 did not kill me off.

I am close to 62 a few weeks more to my birthday and happy to be alive.

So my advice is do not try suicide,  find help make a phone call talk to a priest or a rabbi or a cleric.

Try finding a doctor.

One more thing I recovered from my illness in 2003.  Took 22 years for it to leave.  It is nice to be meds free and still in love with my wife.
