Hey I'm looking at getting some Paypal USD today or tomorrow.  If you have Paypal and want to buy a 0.25 BTC, let me know.  

If you have been a member of bitcointalk for less than a year or have less than 150 posts I probably won't consider it.  Looking for a someone with an actual history of being a legit trader.

Plus a verified paypal account, trusted eBay account, and I own shares in two group buys by MWNinja (this doesn't give you any guarantee, but shows that I'm a serious Bitcoin enthusiast and probably not a scammer.)
