If your current financial system is 100x better then simply stay with it. No one is forced to use cryptocurrencies. People use them to earn profit (most of the times) and then get hacked/robbed for their own lack of securing their funds and then start shouting and abusing the systems.
If you can't manage something, don't get into it. It is as simple as that.

You're missing the point of crypto...

Crypto means you're your own bank. If you do shit you're responsible. If you're careful you won't ever get stolen. Especially you won't have to deal with the fucking banking system that is actually failing faster than what anyone could have thought.

If you already understand cryptocurrency correctly, then you must already know clearly what bitcoin / cryptocurrency is, Crypto is the most popular digital currency today with a value that defeats the value of gold. Fantastic isn't it.

Defining the advantages and disadvantages of Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin will basically represent crypto currencies in general, with the Hash Rate (the level of complexity of cryptographic algorithms) public trust is also increasingly guaranteed to avoid risks such as forgery. Such trust also helped the development of a global community that strengthened its position as a currency that was not easily shaken by the condition of the community.

@ OP. Plenty of your posts pointing out why you feel cryptocurrency is a fraud have not been deleted. You have had ample opportunity to spread your message. If Bitcointalk truly wanted to censor your message, they would have nuked your account, getting rid of all or you posts. Your post in the Bitcoin Technical support was likely deleted because it was off topic. Your post offered no technical advise to the OP of that thread to either recoup their coins (which you are correct is next to impossible) or to prevent this from happening in the future. I suppose that you can argue that you were giving advise, which was not to get involved in crypto in the 1st place. The moderator of that board likely deleted your post because they felt that your post may derail the conversation away from assisting the victim, to a discussion on the irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions. Quite frankly, I think the topic in particular should be locked, since lately none of the posts are focused on assisting the OP of that thread.

Just a word of advise for the people participating in this thread. Since this conversation is in meta, it should be constrained to talking about the fact that the OPs post was deleted and the merits, both good and bad of that moderation. If the OP and others wish to discuss the irreversibility of cryptocurrency, open another topic in a board that is more appropriate than meta.

So your are judging cryptocurrency solely based on the possibility of it getting stolen or hacked. Which is more likely to happen only when you outsource your assets on an exchange?
Responsibility is one that comes with decentralization. Complete control over your assets with no interference from governments or agencies.
If you feel safer with banks, you are under no obligation to change.

Take basic security measures and you're crypto will never get stolen.

1. Don't store crypto on an exchange.
2. Buy a hardware wallet.
3. Create a paper wallet and store it in several places.

The issue with the current financial system is that if you want a loan, interest is at 4% pa, while inflation is between 2 and 3, do you not spot the issue?

If banks were happy to charge less interest then sure the system might have some hope but telling a bank to cut it's profits by half isn't going to go down well...
