Now the meaning of ICO projects is to collect your investment and what will happen to the price of the coin in the future developers absolutely do not care. Developers just hope for the best. But it almost never happens. The price of coins falls because the developers give a huge number of bounty hunter awards. But private investors suffer from this.

I don't get it why he believes that bounty hunters were given a large amount of tokens when in fact, only at most 3% of the total supply are given to hunters. It is not that small not to make a significant effect to the price but we should also consider that the team is also holding way larger amount of tokens not to mention the investors themselves.

Everyone competes to dispose of their tokens. But all this goes back to project management. Developers must have a solution to build collapsed tokens.

There is no better way to prevent a token from dumping after listing than to develop a very good working product that will command demand and give the community reason to keep their tokens and also bring in new buyers that miss out on the ico to demand for the product. But most projects just start ico without being really ready for it.

Dump is really an inevitable event after the token is listed, and the reason is because so many people constantly sell their token, especially big investors, because they are profitable, they do not want to keep holding when this holding makes them waste time and freeze their money, they need to release their money to move to new locations. Bounty hunter and private sell timely purchase are not possible to avoid the dump. The best thing is to try to sell your hands when you have the opportunity.
