Bitstamp slow payment?

I applied a withdraw on March 4th. It showed paid on March 5th.
Today is March 11st. Still no money show up in my bank account.
Is that normal? How can I chase my payment? I try to contact bitstamp on support. No one answer me for that.
Is that possible they did not pay or payment blocked? How can I do something?

SEPA or international wire? Dunno about wire, but SEPA pretty much always shows up two days after it's confirmed.
