It seems that you have good reputation in your local community and also I think that active local section on this forum deserve merit source. I hope you will receive positive answer from the admin but you will have to wait, I think. In my case, I had to wait almost 3 months so don't loose hope.

Just in case these charts help to shed some light: 1) Number of sMerits awarded on the Turkish board (May is as of 03/05/2019): In the big picture, sMerits do seem to be on a slope month after month, and April 2019 is way below usual values. Note months are is Spanish, but it's easy to interpret knowing that we May (Mayo). 2) Merit Senders on Turkish board (delimited to 2019): Those are the top sMerit senders in 2019. Chart shows some of them as having stopped sending sMerits (for whatever reasons). 3) Post creation evolution (excluding Altcoins) : This one is a bit tougher to follow. I've excluded post evolution on the Altcoin board to focus on what could be the more net sections. Posts seem to be picking up a bit, but sMerits are going down at the same time.

Dear DdmrDdmr, thank you very much for these informations. As you mentioned in number 1, the amount of merit in Turkish board is decreasing day by day. As stated in number 3, the decrease in the number of messages has an effect on this. But it is a fact that merit deserving messages can not receive merit. And as you mentioned in number 2, I am the user who sent most merit after the merit sources in the Turkish board. And I'm not a merit source

Last 5 pages are full of my merit deserved messages of other users. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4973607.new#newBut nobody is sending because there is no merit in Turkish board. The merit cycle in the Turkish board has become very limited. Our merit resources other than EFS are not active enough. Therefore, the Turkish section, which is one of the most active board in bitcointalk local boards, is experiencing a shortage of merit. Please consider this message. The Turkish board needs a new and active merit source or maybe sources...

Hello, other sections which are as crowded as Turkish section have 2 moderator and a few merit sources. However, there isn’t enough merit source in Turkish section. We don’t have a DT member and enough merit sources. Moreover, we have only one moderator. Please, consider our applications. PHI1618 is well-known person which is very helpful for beginners in Turkish section. If i had a chance, i would select definitely to him

@PHI is one of the most respected members of the Turkish section. He is a very good reader. He archives messages that are worthy of merit but not merit. He has been doing this job since 2018. He does this job regularly and doing without waiting for a response. You can see from these links:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4973607.140https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5236297.0Please also review the previous, next pages. As you can see, this work deserves discretion.
