When you do not set a manual IP, the machine will use DHCP by default.

Rigs 1070 and p106, Bminer 15.3.0 shows good speeds, but the pool shows 15% less ..

are you kidding me? Minerbabe only has 1% devfee, you should first have a question about whether there is a problem with miner.
