Look at the problem from the other side. Major exchanges are experiencing problems today only because of their greed. Because they require high payment for the placement of coins. Then how many small exchanges come out every day. Cryptocurrency is also based on them, which leads to a decrease in demand for large sites.

I don't what happen to crypto world, but I think this the part where the crypto have evolve. With Scam Projects / Fraud, Hacked problem its time to evolve or big develop for safety and comfortbale for every one in this world

maybe now was the best moment for developers team to proved their work.they should developt projects well and also add the wallet security to create comfortable feel for all investors.

I really don’t see how creating of wallet security by project developers can really create a comfortable environment for investors since we are not only dealing with scam of hacking peoples account to steal fund, I see that one as lapses on the end of the investor for not enabling a secured transaction personally which is available everywhere but the major big problem which cannot be controlled by wallet security is the scam of ICOs which I believe that only Binance IEO and other exchanges IEO can put a stop to some extent.

We are at 4000 dollars and on February 23 we were at 4200 for a moment and went back down. Nothing proves that this won't happen again and even if there's still a long way to 5000.

I think this is just the impact of the many fraud projects last year so that people are afraid to defend their assets. so they sell their assets at arbitrary prices and make market prices decline. and I see now is the time for strict exchange and coin selection that is truly quality so the rubbish coins must be completely lost.

Not really, just centralized exchanges doing what they want as they are barely regulated. For this reason it is not a good idea to put your coins into an account on one of them: you are not holding them anymore and you can do nothing if you need to withdraw them in a time of shutdown/wallet maintenance. If you are not in control of private keys, you are not an owner anymore. They owe you those coins- same principle is connected with banks. Last year everything about crypto  went  really  bad  But Crypto  Investor  never  give up  hoping  that things  are going to Change  this year !!  
This year Two  Big Exchange Is in Big Crisis, Hit BTC And Cryptopia !! Is anybody  behind trying to manipulating the cryptocurrency  ? Exchanges platforms are shutting Down  and the Market always keeps dropping, isn't  it a sign  of  someone fighting to  Shut down  cryptocurrency  ?

Cryptocurrency is not a one man affair and as such, one person or group cannot pull it down. It is something that has already gone very deep into many countries across the globe.

If you think someone wants to shut down crypto, I don't think so. I prefer this to be a cycle. Where the crypto market always experiences pumps after the Halving Bitcoin cycle.
