I do not think Minerjones will work as escrow for a paypal transaction. It is because paypal can be reversed. Also almost all the escrow do not take paypal as escrow. Also you are newbie so no one might be interested to take paypal currency from you.

I have seen their discussion and also took part on their discussion also wanted to trade but latter did not trade for fee. But I think you may try to use that if you have no problem to pay small fee.
