We really can't tell because we just entered 2019. But as this point, although there are big news coming in the market like ETF and Bakkt bitcoin future offerings, we don't think if we're going to see another bull run that we have witnessed in 2017. There are no FOMO and investors are getting smarter today. So we can't really compare them, in my opinion. |

Market will rise and become better for coming years. Intact few countries are in discussion how it can be implemented and how it can help the country and its trade with other country . So if that becomes final and country make it legal then suddenly spike in demand will happen and lead to price rise . |

Each year is interesting and full of different events in its own way, they cannot be compared, it is necessary to act on the current situation with optimism into the future. |

i hope it will better. at least i hope it doesnt like 2018. in 2018 most of altcoins lose its 98% value. Hope more news to show up not only those common one, so the value will bounce back and the market will be much healthier, though we can't assume what fate will bring to us this year but I'll be glad to see more positive movements and more progress to this investment/currency, we have to more speculative and positive to also attract new people to invest and join. |

In my own opinion, I think we can't really say if 2019 will be better than 2017 or even 2018 because of 1. The volatility of the market. No one can really predict the next action in the market. 2. The SEC decision is not 100% sure in February 2019 might be postponed like they did last year. So in my own opinion I hope for the best and I hope everything works well or the crypto community at large this 2019. |

I'm hoping for some progress towards mainstream adoption. Which coins could lead this? It's probably too early for ETH at the moment, but XRP can certainly start to have an impact on the real world. Bitcoin will remain Bitcoin - the biggest and strongest crypto, but still without a well-defined use-case other than as a store of value.

I'm not sure, it looks like 2019 will be the same, most likely there will be major changes like 2017 after BTC halving, this means above 2020. period 2021 - 2023. But I see coins, especially Ripple (XRP) and Stellar / Lumen (STR / XLM) will be more developed than other coins, it can even exceed Ethereum (ETH). This is supported by innovation in working and embracing many real business segments. Banking, technology industry and collaborating with the infrastructure industry.

Bakkt should be put at the main thing in this year. If you are looking for the news and crypto news site will tell you a lot about that. As far as i know that the forks are only about the protocol update and no more new coins. The bad news is there was an exchange site which has been hacked. |

the comparison of both year is too different,although that there are some news there is no assurance that this year will be a good year for crypto because we should win the heart of the investors first after lots of scams that happened last year we should bring back the trust of investors in cryptocurrency. |

There is no one that can really predict the movement of the market. Those predictions which someone made or have been correct are just a hit or miss and not based on any facts or figures. So don't say there is a better or worst 2019 because market is unpredictable. Nothing is permanent in everything so the bear stays in the market temporarily. The bull will dominate the bear one day, let's be glad if 2019 is the year for bull run.

Let's be honest here, it is really hard to compete with the year 2017. The expansion and the rise that the cryptocurrencies went through was just absolutely mad.
2019 will probably be better than 2018 because a lot of air has escaped from the crypto market, so the prices can be more stable throughout the year.

We don’t have any idea on what is going to be the good news this year 2019, not unless the coins itself announce it. 2019 might not be better than 2017 as we are still down right now and there is no strong news so far to move the market. We still have more time to speculate, let’s just think for the positive things. |

It is just started 17 days ago and i guess you don't have crystal ball to predict. Downtrend will likely continue till we get rid of stable phrase before talking about uptrend. 2017 was loop that attracted new crypto investors to this industry. |

We really can't tell what will be going to happen next, we are just waiting for the news to come and tell us what would be going to happen. So, just to sum it up all we already have ETF, Bakkt, and now the Ethereum hard fork. Except for the unstable price of Bitcoin and dropping of the price last week. Everyone was all waiting for the pump of Bitcoin but some of them tell that it won't happen this year while some just ignore them though we are just in a first quarter so there is more something to happen. |
