Obviously I actually believe that in 2019 is the revival year of bitcoin, even though currently the price of bitcoin is very disappointing for all who hold it or not.
Bitcoin will again be victorious like the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018. And I strongly believe that bitcoin will not fall below $ 3K. although many predictions have been issued but I feel optimistic about this, I strongly believe that hope is there and so are all those who hope for bitcoin.

The SEC approval might not happen as expected, it could not be this year.
So, nothing will change, price remains bearish if we will only rely on the SEC, we need to diverse our attention to bigger improvement.

You can use this situation to buy some of the assets you are talking about. maybe the market really needs time to return, but I believe the crypto technology and market have never been ignored by people. many people still support and trust crypto, this will be good for the future, and prepare to see an increase in the market.

That's absolutely impossible. 2017 is a special year with the peak of BTC. I'm sure you have to wait several years to BTC can come back strongly.

Why should it be impossible? Although i do must agree with you that 2017 was such one distinct year in the world of cryptocurrency. A year that will always be remembered. But we are on a new year. Everything in cryptocurrency space is intricate. This very minute, crypto's maybe down but after a few seconds it may change to some extent. Anything can happen in the blink of an eye.   
I view 2019, as a year of new possibilities.  So let's all be positive that something good will happen this year.

I think that each user of cryptocurrency expects to see a recovery of the cryptocurrency market, and not new highs. Even if we take into account the price indicators for 2018 in May, it is 11,000 dollars for Bitcoin and 850 dollars for ethereum.
