If bitcoin managed to reach another all-time high this year then it will be better than 2017 but I doubt if bitcoin is already ripe for another bullrun this year. ETF launch is already delayed several times but I believe it will not stop the bitcoin from going up further. Any fork of bitcoin this year may become insignificat unless it is a major one.
