Go here: Services and post what exactly you're looking for. Don't be surprise though with the huge influx of applicants specially coming from newbies. Use your better judgement selecting amongst them because I'm sure that there are a lot of scammers trying to get the job and once you paid them, they will just simply disappear.

Always choose the most reliable users among bitcointalk. Like Kemarit said, lately, there are a lot of jr.members and newbies trying to catch bounties and after they get paid they simply forget to login so just be super aware of who you choose.

I could help you, but I only do ANN THREADS as bounty programs involves some risks.
