You can also try and link your Gobank account to a paypal account and then purchase bitcoin from Coinbase using your Paypal account.

I haven't used this website much but you can try Cex.io to purchase Bitcoins using your debit card. However, you have to verify it (using the screenshot or paper along with your photo) before actually making purchase order using that debit card. If you can link it with Paypal then there are many websites where you can purchase Bitcoins using Paypal. As I said I haven't used that website, please make sure that you are doing your own research before using it.
