One of the state reps who i think promised to keep carrying ... has now been banned from exercising his first amendment rights as well.

From state rep John Burt's facebook post 1/17 roughly:

"Attention Pro Second Amendment folks. I need help. I need people with video cameras to help me. Please Share.

Anti Gun bills are coming to the House Criminal Justice committee and the Chair today has BANNED me from taking videos or photos from my seat. See video below.

I told him I will still take them. He went and brought the Speaker in to the committee which the Speaker said, If I keep taking pictures the committee can and will take a vote to remove me by force if needed.

The chair last term sat next to me and took several pictures. Picture 2 - 6 are the pictures I took this week. Many Reps takes pictures. This is to stop the Anti Gun bills from being posted on Youtube for the NH citizens to see. Please help me.

Do not get me wrong, I like the Chair and the Speaker but what they are doing is wrong. This is the first time I have ever heard of anyone being banned from taking a video or pictures at the NH State House.

Could you give me the link to Ridley's interview with Karl?

I have seen some bad talk against Karl. When it gets down to the nitty-gritty, Karl isn't saying what other people claim that he said. Usually they are glossing over the things that Karl says, and misinterpret them.

Does this mean that Karl is always correct in his thinking and ideas? No. But he is quite good. For example, when Karl was accused of Domestic Violence, he tries to show folks that DV is something that has a specific definition that only applies to the usage of that definition as a definition by authroities who use the definition... and that the authorities have no authority without getting permission from a private man/woman to use the definition on private property.

Private membership association laws and court cases back up what Karl says. The difference is that Karl doesn't have those laws and court cases always at his finger tips to use in every situation. If he had them written down so he could use them easily, he would easily put down court authorities, and make a bunch of money off them and taxpayers.

One thing that Karl seems to be lacking is a method to properly teach. Karl says that it is so simple that it is scary. And it is in its basics. But it is difficult to file documents into a court case from jail or if you are in the hospital. We need support groups that will help each other out... via power of attorney filing into court cases for each other. And they must understand what Karl is doing and why and how.

Good. Keep fighting the good fight. If a member of the legislature cannot carry who can? You have been vetted the population at large. If you commit a crime you cannot hide, cannot flee justice.

Lol not quite the same flavor, but he is more of an activist/documentarian than a pundit. He definitely does great work though and has for a long time (back before it was cool).
