Everything will be crystal clear:

- If the target (number of sales) defined by the investor is met, we will refund the capital invested plus a 30% return within 6 months.
- We will provide proof of our address as well as ID copies, and we are more than happy to chat through Skype or telephone with our investors.

- We work in the Finance industry.

- We can use escrow: the fund are released with proof of spending on the marketing of the project.

There are SO many things wrong with this ANN. No project info nothing but plainly selling promises of ROI in six months. At least put some information about project, team, vision, what problem your team is trying to solve with your product/service etc.

Completly agree it may look suspicious at first sight.
However we give all the details in private, that's for private investors, and we believe a good opportunity to support a dynamic team.
We are very transparent with people willing to invest we provide everything to ensure we aren't a scam : Proof of ID, contract with atorney review if needed, escrow possible, we are happy to meet people based in London ...

On top of the 30% return which we expect to refund in 3 month and maximum 6 month we will offer several advantages to our investor once the platform is launched (launching date in 1 month).

I dont think you will get any investors from this forum unless you have a proper website with full team details including their linkedIn profiles or atleast whitepaper. Also it will be better to write a small description about your project in the ANN to attract investors.

We will have a very well designed ANN thread with discord, telegram, website, social media... once we launch the platform.
We won't make any ICO nor raise money beside this round.

We can solely say it's related to "gambling activities" but with a very precise concept focused on cryptocurrency community.
We believe that's a project where winner take all, and in one month the product will be working hence we don't want to be copied after investing so much time in the project.

However the prototype is ready and can be shown to potential investors.

Why not just post it here publicly on the announcement thread. Sending details as a private message makes your project look shady and untrusted. I'm not trying to fud but with the past scams, one needs to be careful when it comes to investing and ensuring to take necessary precautions and due diligence. So endeavor to do it that way if there's really nothing to hide.

Again the project can be copied, the technical part isn't really advanced, but the sales potential is very high.
We understand it may look shady, however we make this choice as most of the people aware of the project found it very interresting, and as the concept doesn't require huge technical development it could be copied and launched before ours.

My piece of advice, don't believe all the good feedbacks given by those individuals who had communicated with them. You should see it for yourself. So you can assess things for yourself. Everyone has their own perspectives on the same matter.

That is 100% scam not a sustainable project when someone provide guaranteed income which sounds like ponzi scam. It is good choice stay away from this and don't send your hard earned money to strangers. If they already had a trick to make money than they don't need to take money from others.
