What are the difference between the two?
The refresh button that looks like two arrows forming a circle and the "reload account" from the drop down menu?

IIRC, the refresh just checks for new transactions, so it just quickly "refreshes the balance", while the "reload account" option does a full reload and checks all your transactions again. It's like a soft vs hard refresh.
