Bitcoin's 10 years challenge

This is the proof that investing longterm with bitcoin is good, and we should be more happy since we are able to survive, though I’m not part of the 8years history of bitcoin I’m still happy to see the price. We should start to hold more bitcoin now and wait for the next trend of the market.

Can't believe that 2017 ATH is like 2 years ago. Still feels like 2 months ago when I went in during the time BTC was around 3k and then got out at around 14k after the drop.

Just move on to the current time and don't think that it's possible to have a time machine back to the time when bitcoin has no value at all. Just embrace the reality that bitcoin is becoming good than other crypto's.

You shouldn't be tired of holding and buying, this will be your bullet once bitcoin started to skyrocket again. If you're tired of holding and buying, you're prone to panic selling which isn't a good thing to do.

Quite Funny. the 10 years challenge might not fit in to this one. the cryptocurrency trend has been involved in lots of up and down. from the reference you gave, it seems like we have a long way to go before we can smell 20k price again. loads of corrections. we will keep faith alive and believe that more adoption of bitcoins will continue.

we must always be optimistic, if we see the increase in the value of bitcoin then we can be sure that big things will still happen in the future.
 We must be aware that the trading world is undergoing currency evolution from manual systems to digital, from paper currencies to virtual currencies so we believe that in the next few years international trade will use bitcoin as a global payment instrument. bitcoin offers a variety of conveniences and business people will definitely take advantage of these conveniences.

you just chose random price values from each year and posted there here without giving it much though. and you don't even have consistency in creating your "table of prices" for example you are posting a range of price for 2016, 2015, 2014 but when it comes to 2017 you only post the ATH!!! then when it comes to 2018 you posted the ATL (all time low) and in 2019 you posted the current price.

in other words your table is completely meaningless because of that.

Glad someone see bitcoin's grow with it's technology. But there are people who only care with price. If me personally don't really know what tech evolve to bitcoin lately but still better because i'm not blame it about price.

Damn! It does looks like we have to wait for years before we can see another all time high but I'm focused my faith on the next halving of bitcoin which is 2020 ,I hope we will see another huge spike over 20,000$

From that image, we can see how bitcoin can survive from year by year, and there is no reason to doubt bitcoin. In the right time, bitcoin will back to make the high price as before and meanwhile, and we can keep collecting and saving more bitcoin to prepare it's coming. Time will pass and we will it's happening again in the future, so you need to be patient.

Wow, bitcoin ten years challenge is really great, first of all the popularity and acceptance of bitcoin was really great and knowing fully well that its the mother of all coin, the price from zero to thousands of dollars is a great one and and also held a good position in crypto currency world is fantastic.

Who knows, maybe Bitcoin will be headed to a million by piece. And that would be a great thing for Bitcoin users to have accumulated as much Bitcoin as they can.

And that's when the government will have a lot of taxes to be collected and people running away from their cases.

Million per bitcoin is quite hard to achieve and some people already predict that it may hit hundreds thousands but not millions. No one know that would be the new all time high price but I think the ATH of bitcoin in 2017 will be the last ATH of bitcoin. Do you think so? but for me it will be the last ATH.

Yes the growth of bitcoin was good from past 10 years and especially year 2017 was the bull run which made lot of investors millionaire in 1 night. we cannot predict the growth of bitcoin and value for this year 2019 we are just in 1st month of this year and more months to go by going we can see increase or decrease in the value of btc. All the lovers of bitcoin are waiting and hoping for the best to come in the upcoming months.

so the lesson that can be taken is to save your bitcoin until an indefinite time, then you will be rich, like hold 5-10 years. let's believe that bitcoin will become more famous and used for transactions

Very few people will have the strength to hold for that long, many newbies sell their coins after only a few months of holding, many are also not interested in the activity since they see in investing and trading a more profitable and faster way to make money so I do not really expect a lot of people to take that challenge, however if there is someone in the forum with such a strong will I have no doubts that he will benefit greatly from holding for that long.

Since it is almost impossible to depict an scenario in my mind in which bitcoin does not become successful despite the efforts from the governments to avoid such a scenario.

It is already a tremendous growth for bitcoin which peaked last December 2017 with its all-time high of almost $20k. I believe that bitcoin can possibly achieve again that 2017 feat a few years from now. I think that the long bearish market that happened last year which is still happening until now is a result of 2017 bullrun and at that time many people become victims of FOMO. It will take a long time before these investors recover and go back to business.
