Wait. Am I interpreting this right? So your budget is $300 for all of them? I'm afraid that won't be enough and could barely do anything. Most projects which did promotions with a low budget didn't end well since everything are of low quality.

Oh no, I think this person misunderstood what you want. 300$ is more than enough for bbcode signatures but everyone has different prices, see link which was posted bL4nkcode. Also for some price depends on ranks, for how much and for which ranks you want signature campaign because higher rank offers more bbcode functions and it's possible to create nice signature which takes some time and work. Jr member's signature is only text, so you understand.
I highly doubt anyone will do that in exchange of your tokens, better to pay with bitcoin or altcoins.

$300 is more than enough money, but it's question wheter designer will accept your token or no. Mostly prefer to get BTC, ETH and other major coins. It's quite risky to accept tokens.
Some designers have public prices of their services, while others don't have fixed price. It depends on your needs - you want simple or more complex signature, for how many ranks signatures are needed. I recommend to open list of designers and try to contact them to discuss everything in detail.
