The FED Ponzi scheme, fiat, debt money system is one of the best things that happened to Americans. It gave us advantage over the rest of the world, because other countries didn't realize it was s debt system, and traded their wealth to us for simple debt. When the SHTF, they will be left holding debt instruments, and we will hold the gold.
The thing that the FED is trying to do is keep the gold, and keep us in the debt money system just like the other countries. If we hold the gold, we will have outsmarted the FED. There are ways to hold the gold that government can't legislate away from us.
