Recently, I wanted to withdrawal my funds from crypto-capital but they are telling me their intermediary banks are having some issues.  Has anyone heard of this?  This is a bit frustrating

I have a pending withdrawal for over a week and they have yet to move it to my transactions.

Then you should wait until it resolves and ask for updates about your issue. I have seen same report on reddit but that was outdated--from last year.
