All issues that have occurred in the past months have been already solved and all the necessary changes to out ToS have been made - as of now, you can formally refuse to pass KYC and have your funds returned to you.

There was one case that took us a long time to resolve; it created a precedent that helped us lay a new groundwork wrt our KYC policies in order to ensure that anything of that sort will never happen again. We are always ready to accept constructive criticism and I'll gladly answer all the questions pertaining to the changes that we underwent. Thanks, though!

If your NOW token is listed, how would you maintain it’s price without fluctuating too much?

Our service basically serves as a fast and easy-to-use interface for several exchanges. We can't trade NOW (for now) since it's not listed on those exchanges yet.
As for the price, this is the exact reason why we're holding out on the listing - if we listed it right NOW, smack dab in the middle of the bear market, the price would dump almost instantly. We're planning on introducing A Thing in a couple of weeks that will hopefully introduce some real value to the tokens through real use cases.

I can't say if those replies you got here are legitimate people who used your exchange or there's one person behind all of those accounts. But I'll trust more those DT's than a bunch of newbies giving positive reply although you already have a lot of accusations about your operations.

You're already tagged. Click your trust rating and you'll see who gave you negative trust. And not only DTs gave you negative trust but also those people that you've scammed. You can read their feedback and reference on your trust rating though.

I'm sure these DTs don't bother to try your site and actually even us.
