After login to my Neteller account I got message, "" You are unable to deposit and withdraw from your Neteller account, plz contact support"". Then I email them 5 times but didnt get reply. Its more than a week. What should I do now?
Sometimes it takes about a month for Neteller & Skrill (both) to reply to verification-related queries if you're e-mailing them or contacting them through their integrated Support Ticket system. If you want to speed things up, give them a call. Your issue will probably get fixed within a day if you contact them through their Phone Call support. I did the same thing (used Neteller's Call support for a verification-related issue) a few weeks back, and got my 20-days-old issue fixed within a day.
