Saw this just now

and blindly clicked (stupid, yes!)
it leads here

which seems just defunct, and for some time now.
Maybe it's an old ad. snuck in somehow?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Probably not, considering it says "Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction."

It also might be a redirect because the original site is dead, it popped up the same for me too.

Yes we all know sometimes the ads are scams, caveat emptor and all that, but I'm not sure if theymos means to be showing this particular one.

their twitter has been quiet for 6 weeks and their site looks like they threw in the towel, so why advertise here now?

This might be coming from factoid rotation. The mod/Donator has given this factoid might be no longer active in maintaining that business.
