Money ,,, everyone need money.. Some people choose the right way some not..
I new in this crypto world.. N newbie in this forum.. You guys that have a lot experience must be know the sign of scam project..
Can you tell me ?

For now, finding a project that doesn't scam is difficult for me. because many projects today are scam. we cannot see and guess which projects are scam and not scam. even though you are a beginner, we also have long been in this forum, sometimes we can be fooled or get a scam project, so according to me beginners or not, it is no different. because the current situation is indeed quite difficult to predict.

it is difficult for some people to be able to distinguish project fraud or not because everything is almost the same at first. You must really study the project that will be followed and analyze it more carefully, usually the project will look scam if it is already running.
there are lots of threads in this forum that discuss how to distinguish projects that are a scam or not.

It is not easy to discover a scam. The scams are getting better and the fraudsters learn and improve their scams. Also, some serious projects think it is ok to cheat the bounty participants after they have done their job.
The number of ico scams is so big that now I assume that every project is a scam until they can prove that is not the case, I know this may sound unfair but it is the only way you will avoid being scammed, if you find anything that does not match between what the developers say and the evidence then you must immediately label that project as a scam and not invest in it, you will miss some some good projects if you do that but at least your risk of being scammed becomes lower and that is what it is important.

making quick decision will not be a right idea for choosing a project because this will the main reason to enter into a scam project and the solution for this choosing a project need to be consulted by most of the people if you ask your friends and well wishers then you got an idea for choosing a good project.

There's a lot of scam ICOs recently and what's worse, some are supporting them because they are paid to do so. First check team's profiles. Some use dummy accounts and some use others profiles. You can easily pinpoint fake profiles. Low softcap and low hardcap ICOs are mostly scam ICOs. That's my observation.

Its hard to tell the exact sign but if you do a lot of research on the project you can know if its a good one or not. Try to read more about that project and don’t wait for anyone’s advice before you invest because I believe if you want to become more effecting you will do it on your own.

The easiest find out where the altcoin project is scam is to find the team whether the team member are exist on the only find out is to search their names on googles if they don't exist the project is definitely scam and the important also if they are on daily updates on there project they keep posting on social media if it's not probably project is scam.

Read their white paper, check out their git hub, active social channels, all star team, funding and badass advisors. Right now Ampleforth and Cosmos are two projects that happen to hit all of those if you're interested in seeing what a trustworthy project should look like.

It is not always easy to figure out a scam project but a project without team information is usually a scam and also one with hastily copy-pasted website, whitepaper from another good one.

is it not possible to find more and more potential projects? whether with many aspects that have been explained how to see a potential ICO still not able to make you avoid ICO scam? is it possible that we need verification so that the ICO becomes more directed ?

does it happens? I am not familiar with that kind of trick that a team copy a whitepaper to another team. Anyway, a team information does not mean it lessen or it gives and assurance that a team is not a scammer, how we can be sure that the information that they publish in their site is true or are all the persons and faces there are also true, right?

It is very difficult and hard to understand the project is scam or a good project if we find that we will be a experienced person in this field but most of us will not choose the right project and they are getting only last for their investment so we need to make some awareness before enter into a project and following some good strategies are also helpful.

Actually it would be quite difficult whether the project was scam or not. You can check their website, team members from the project, then do a thorough search, team photos and biodata. Try to check whether the whitepaper or the project's objectives are plagiarized. In addition, you maybe find out their group and try to ask everything about sale and their goals, also make sure their answer isn't monotonous.

With all the scamming ICO's out there it is almost impossible to predict the ones that are legit. Every project out there claims to improve something, to be backed by big names in the *name_country*/*name_industry*, yet they have only one goal -> to get your KYC info (and propably misuse it) and to get your money.

I'd say it is propably the best to wait for now, until some laws or regulations take place about ICO's and the situation improves. Yeah, you will lose some good opportunities for investment, but is it worth to lose it all ?

Identifying a scam project is really hard and a pain in the ass. My first move is investigating its team and dev’s legitimacy maybe they are just impostors. Secondly is their website’s security and ui.Then their reviews and reputation in every social or mediums they have.

to detect scam projects is very difficult because they have a website, almost perfect whitepaper like a real project and for that we thirst to do a lot of research and often read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
