It's because if it's not being taxed, it can be already considered as illegal. Also, gambling with cryptocurrency I think is easier since it's easy to transfer, low fee, and very fast at the same time.

I definitely agree with you. Cryptocurrency promise to bring anonymity to users but most crypto platforms require users to submit identity documents in order to make a deposit or a withdrawal. This goes against the idea of anonymity. I believe its better to gamble with fiat than cryptocurrency..

What the hell? That is a lot of money he won. If he lives in Europe and gambling is allowed, then I think it's no problem for him to verify the identity because he could get that money. But hey, you can transfer it by a small amount, so your government doesn't get suspicious with the money you withdraw. But if you withdraw big money, then their radar will make a beep, and you wake up your government to investigate where you got the money.

Have you been to a real casino recently? You can't gamble with a penny. Maybe you can on some slots.

However if you want to play a game like Poker, Roulette, Blackjack they all got min bet amounts. So basically if you go to a casino with $5 you won't stay there too long.

Fiat does not provide the type of anonymity that crypto does. As long as you're using a site that is reputable you are only battling the house edge.
