I need quote on someone to redesign my simple poker site

I dont want to use wordpress any longer



The site

The site must consist of html pages that link to form (php) pages which allow players to enter details and make the API call to my poker server


Example pages

Create a Tournament Page (html) - https://pokerhost.co/createtournament.htm
Create a Tournament Form (php) - https://www.pokerhost.co/createtournament.php




Im not sure if there is any good way to just put the forms within the html page?  The API code returns lines of information when the form is submitted.
