There are a lot of places you can settle down which have warm weather, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, tourist places in India like Goa are good destinations with happy go people and warm climate with beaches, when it comes to purchasing property with crypto currency, it depends upon the discretion of the seller whether to get the money in what ever form, whether in local currency or other forms of currency. Pick a nice place and just buy it however the seller wants to be paid.
