Ethereum has started recovering and I didn't think 2019 will be bad for ethereum!  Ethereum that fall to $78 in December is now around $148 at coinmarketcap and that is a good sign of development. I don't think it's hard to reach even higher than that ETH is capable provided the market will change into bullish trend.
Right now, it's not possible as we are still stuck here, no big update would save us, what we need is a change of hearts by the whales so they could pump this market.

Yes. Last year was tough on all cryptocurrency and ethereum was not immune to this either.
Hard fork Constantinople should happen sometime between February 28th to March 1st for block number 7,280,000.
So it will be happen quite soon.
The price has rose a little bit in the past 24 hours but not by much. So we might see it rise a bit higher over the next 24 hours with people wanting to buy a couple of coins up in anticipation of the fork.

I agreed with this post. Because only ethereum daily raising 5 - 10% increasing there journey. Now ethereum price at 137$ value after big dump. Last week was 118$ and this year was go to 159$. Anyway this is a ethereum year and end of this year price will be up to 1500$ value with this good market.

I have to disagree with your opinion, to make the price so much higher it is necessary to return the former popularity of ICO. If this does not happen, the price will not be able to rise above $ 200. The development of Dapp today is too ambiguous, many people write that these projects will affect the price of ethereum, I think that this is not so.
