Looks like they 're not paying out atm. Switching to other pool.

They are back up - their issue was just a bug in the pools block confirmation calc I think.  Has some decent hashrate and is paying out now I believe.

Yes, they pay out. Sorry for my quick conclusions, but had enough problems with pools.
