yes people buy twitter account this days for online marketing. some converts it to influence account. the bad side of it is that crypto scammers might buy and you it to scam people by creating ICOs. confusing investors that they have a huge community. there is a lot about it in buying twitter account.

Im sure this is will not suspended. Im using my account since 2017 for bounties and airdrop. Liking/Retweeting/Tweeting about ICO will not get suspended. You will got suspended when you are spamming to much.
