You can try Bitpanda, they are very fast.
Or you can buy Bitcoin at Coinmama or Poloniex. They also accept swift.

name a website that accepts swift wires and sells bitcoin, and doesn't have long identity verification process

Buy from a reliable source only, you did not mention your geo-location, which country you belong to, because that plays an important role in buying BitCoins. Local Bitcoin is good, Coinbase, indacoin are good too, conditioned they provide services in your country.

This is a huge amount. Most online exchanges require KYC for such big transactions, and even with the verification, it is a bit hard. Maybe you should make it in dividends, or search an online seller and meet him in person to complete the deal safely.

with these sums you should rather no F2F business close. rather to a respectable stock exchange turn. there will of course kyc duty give but that should be no problem.
if nevertheless there is surely someone who would like to help you.
but please be careful and also check the trust ratings and use escrow!

i want to buy 30 BTC, whats the best way ?
Long identify process is nothing compared to use reliable, respectable exchange with good track record.
That is most important. Its big amount so be careful.

Let me give you some very super important tip, always buy BTC with legitimate source, specially when you are buying this big amount, since exchanges these days are keeping transactions on hold and asking for KYC also for the source of the fund. Buying such a big amount from local bitcoin is never safe. I will not recommend you doing that, you can buy doing KYC on IndaCoin, Coinswitch.co has integrated IndaCoin on their platform for buying from USD. Though I am sure you will have to pay a slightly higher price, but being safe is more important.

Buying 30 bitcoin isn't a big thing. From my understanding it is always good to find the best and convenient way of trading. As it is a big fund bank transfer might get into into taxation. There are payment services that let you buy in person, where you need reveal your identity, but can get rid of taxation on the transaction.

Just do kyc in binance and bittrex, I don't think that will be a big deal besides buying in person also does reveal your identity.
Nonetheless, don't buy bulk amount, just buy 1btc per day in binance and you'll save your identity.
