You considered 2018 as worst only if you invested bigtime in 2017 and bought coins at very high prices. The 2018 was the opposite of 2017. A loss of atleat 90% registered in the history of cryptocurrency. But, looking at the whole history of cryptocurrency 2018 was better compared to the other slump years.

We can say that early 2018 till now is still the nightmare for us. If we are looking for the short investment, this can be the worst time during 2019 until this day. But, for us who are looking for the long-term investment, this is good enough because we can purchase more promising coins in the down price.

You are right, even in such market conditions, some projects continue their development and try to attract funds to create their project and develop technology, but you need to take into account the fact that not all projects / coins remain on the market, some will cease to exist.But I am sure that in the near future the situation will improve, and investing in projects will again bring us profit.

I got in to the crypto during the previous global dump in 2014-2016. I learned a lot of technical and trading staff during the previous bear market. I was lucky so I was able to earn pretty much money. Current bear market is almost the same as it was back then. Uptrend and downtrend will always be there with crypto market but I believed that those who have the patience to hold on to their assets for long term will harvest their gain in the future. There are a lot of opportunity with cryptocurrency you just have to be wise and take time to learn and find those legit and potential projects that could give you fortune.
