It's a bare faced ponzi no doubt, but it makes no attempt to pretend to be anything else and it's listed in the correct Russian dedicated HYIP sub forum.
Just notice now there is HIYP section on Russian board since I am not form Russian native. I have removed my feedback since OP posting on appropriate board. But I will tag him if he made any post outside of HIYP section. If there is HIYP section that means people's aware about it and forum admin as well. So I don't think he deserve tag unless he post out of HIYP section.
OP can look his post history, if he made any post about ponzi scheme outside on HIYP section then post here.
