什么是Grin币

"没有任何审查或者限制，面向所有人的电子交易货币。"

Grin币使得任何人可以无惧外部的控制以及压迫地交易或者保存现代货币。Grin币的设计考虑到了数十年的未来情况，而不仅仅针对明天的世界。Grin币希望不受边界、文化、技能以及存取的限制，任何人都可以使用。

私密性

Grin币没有交易地址以及交易数额记录，交易记录只是简单地增加，为了隐藏新创建交易的信息，它会在对等节点间私密地中转该交易（“随机漫步”），然后才公开该交易。Grin has no amounts and no addresses. Transactions can be trivially aggregated. To hide where a newly created transaction comes from, it gets relayed privately (a "random walk") among peers before it is publicly announced.

可扩展性

MimbleWimble协议利用加密学技术使得已完成的交易数据的大部分信息会被清除，这样可以保证Grin币长期而言不会被自己的历史交易数据弄崩溃。MimbleWimble leverages cryptography to allow most of the past transaction data to be removed. This guarantees Grin won't crumble under its own weight in the long term.

公开性

Grin币被分布在世界各地的开发者公开开发，它不会被任何公司、基金会或者个人所控制。Grin币的分发尽可能地公平（但并非免费）。

社区驱动

Floonet

Grin币的测试网Floonet已经运行了很长时间，已经公开发布了。在可见的将来，Floonet还会被继续维护，用以测试发布到主网前的协议更新。
