For starters it needs a real use case and until now its just a masternode coin and this business model is inflationary. Without real demand the price will just tank since coins are being generated out of thin air.

Up by 53% today But the volume are still low and the buy support are still not enough for a bullish momentum for BLCR, Probably it was pump due to one investors wanting to run a masternode. But this is a healthy growth i hope it will continue to climb and more volume in the coming days.
