As a short-term investor and as a daily trader, I want to say that the analogy is a bit funny, but the accuracy is also high. Though i don't think everybody will be able to have satisfaction with that since not everyone can read the market as efficiently as others. Though if you can trade with little profits several times each day then that's good for you.

Mate, sometimes crypto currency might be sweeter than sex when you don’t have money or other sources of income than trading.

It is even difficult to scalp trade daily because you have to also make use of the necessary analysis to know when to get in and when to get out which is quite not easy except you are born with luck to be able to use your instinct in trading which virtually does not work and getting in faster has to be when market is already in bottom because if you get in so fast when market is on bull, it will perform the same magic it did some years back when lots of people rushed into buying BTC when it was $7k.

I think the writer actually means that day trading should have a quick exit. If you are able to make quick money in day trading, just get out that is enough for the day. May be the joy of making quick money is what the author compares to the joy of having sex.

I believe that lasting longer in trading would make it a long term trading which give away maximum profits something way more lucrative than the short term benefits.
