First: got a prompt and cheery reply from Support. Very satisfying. And have announced this on the 42 Telegram thread. Second: I used my login credentials to both log in and submit the ticket. So that is confusing. [Nuh. Now it's back to two accounts -- but I can get into the support portal] |
