What actually you're trying to emphasize here? They are scammers because "they display out one coin for another"?

If you think they are scammers for some reason, and you have all the valid proof(s), then you can open a scam accusation against them.

I have already given all the evidence in the form of screenshots in my post! Be attentive.

Hi, don't take me wrong but I am also having difficulties to understand your claim. What you are saying scamming this could be a database entry mistake. You need to follow the proper scam accusation format if this is indeed a scam accusation. This board is to offer any service with accept or pay bitcoins.

Here is the format
Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]
Copy and paste it in new thread then fill all data.
And the board is here

There's a move topic control in the lower left when you scroll down this thread and find in the option (Economy -- Scam accusation) make sure you follow the format that was mentioned above.
