Lol, yesterday I saw a video where Gautam Gambhir was talking about how we start talking about giving captaincy to player who performs well. You can check here [1].

Guy is 21 years old, let him play with veterans first. Moreover, if player performs well, it doesn't equal to being a good captain. Leadership is different thing altogether.

Gambhir is an absolute weirdo based on what I observed since he says a lot of crazy stuff sometimes without thinking twice. If anyone should be given captaincy, it should be someone like Bumrah, Rahul etc.

They chose to bowl first they was just thinking that India will not cross 200 runs and we will easily beat them if the target will under 200.
But they didn't not think that this is India's team. And also they are taking revenge of the lost of the final match of ICC World cup.
India played really well means three of their players go above 50 runs means we can see Ishan Kishan, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Yashasvi Jaiswal made 163 runs in total they made 52…58…53 respectively. After that Rinku Singh made 31 runs. Means in total they made 235 runs which I think a good target for Australia.

After that Australia tried well Josh Inglis wasn't good in this match who made century in the previous match.  Mathew and Marcus made 40+ runs. But unfortunately they didn't approach the target. I sometimes do not understand why the Indian team fails in ICC tournament. Look at SKY in the past two games he has been batting better than what he did in the World Cup finals. If this team goes to play in the coming up T20WC next year then they will lose the match in the initial games. The whole team is lacking the upper edge. Yes, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rinku Singh really impressed everyone in yesterday's match. Watching the batting of Rinku Singh and Yashasvi Jaiswal, I felt like I was watching highlights, not a live game. India's batting was very good early on and the finishing was very good. India has performed brilliantly in the first 2 matches of the series and defeated the strong team Australia. With India's great performance I think India can win 5 out of 5 matches. The third match of the series will be played tomorrow, if India can win then the series will be won. India won yesterday's match in a very good way against Australia but they had no advantage for India because they lost in that match where they should perform. I know they played well in yesterday's match so we should appreciate them but in the end, they lost the World Cup so they had no advantage.

If they achieve win in these matches so why they can't win big matches, and this is not unique that they lost the World Cup whenever India comes in big matches they can't do well. No doubt that they played very well in the whole tournament. This is an issue with the Indian cricket team.

Indian team selectors are constantly noting the bowling and batting performance of the players. There are no flaws or weaknesses in the way they are performing here, but when they participate in any major ICC tournament, there is a weakness in them as if they have never played cricket in the past. Suppose this year's ICC World Cup 2023 team, Shubman Gill, SKY, KL Rahul, Jadeja's performance in all past matches was excellent. But when they faced Australia in the final, I saw their performance so bad that it is impossible to express now. So are we to assume that they have nervous tension inside them which cannot be controlled in big matches.
