Well, the 3rd T20 match was very competitive. Australia has won the match as per my expectations. Travis Head and Josh Inglis batting was also bad in the 3rd T20, but I was expecting them to do well. Mitchell Marsh had given a good start to Australia. For a while, it was looking like Australia would lose the match as they kept losing wickets, but Maxwell has done the job for them. I had a bet on Australia, Maxwell saved my money .

The game was really exciting, Glenn Maxwell is really a great batsman, on the day when Glenn Maxwell is in form, he really performs great and takes the team out of any bad situation. Australia achieved their target with only 1 ball left, in today's match both the teams' performance was really great, no one was weaker than the other, but in the end, due to Glenn Maxwell's great performance, Australia won the match and won the series against South Africa.

If Maxwell had not survived till the end, then the victory of the Australian team would not have been believed, if he had been standing at the crease so aggressively, the Australian team would have accumulated a different kind of strength. However, I have seen some player in the Australian team being aggressive in any match, but Maxwell's role in the victory in the last match was the most. The Australian team won the series by 2-1, but this match was very interesting because the Australian team was able to win at the very end.
I think the South African team created a lot of pressure in this match from the bowling side, in which the Australian team was facing a lot of pressure in the end and was able to win by facing the pressure at the end of the wicket.

Some of us expected the Australia to whitewash the series, but surprisingly, the way South Africa's young power hitting gun Dewald Brevis delivered in the second match was out of the ordinary. His unexpected performance of scoring a century put the Australians under huge pressure, which resulted in Australia losing their grip while chasing, just like in the previous match, except for Tim David. But now, finally, Marsh was able to make a comeback, set the stage for the team, and get the results in their favor.

I will agree with you here because if Glenn Maxwell had not survived till the last over, then there would have been a high chance that the Australians would have lost their wickets before they could reach the target because the last over players are definitely not very good at batting.

But we also have to accept that Glenn Maxwell has been recruited to a position in the Australian batting line-up based on his performance where he can take the team out of the pressure and win. And this is not the first time that this has happened, it has been seen in big tournaments before that Glenn Maxwell has won matches that were completely lost towards the end through good performance.

The batting in the first innings was good for South Africa. Although it didn't go over 200, it was competitive. But if you want to perform well against Australia, of course, you can't do it with a low score.  Australia could have been under a lot of pressure, but that wasn't the case. Had it not been for two good batsmen the match would have been lost. Australia won the T20 series by winning two matches. Maxwell secured the victory by playing at a strike rate of 172.

That was amazing and close match. Final moments were in trouble with both teams giving it their all. South Africa Corbin Bosch bowled well exceptionally and taking three wickets and this made little pressure with making it tough chase for Australia. But here Glenn Maxwell was was hero for Australia. He played brilliant  innings and scoref unbeaten half century and hitting winning four on second to last ball. This thrilling win for Australia andtough loss for South Africa will be match to remember.

This match was between Pakistan Shaheens and Perth Scorchers Academy. In this, Pakistan Shaheens team gave a target of 111 runs. If we look at this, this run in 20 overs is not special and the performance of their players in this match was not good at all. In this match, Saad Masood scored 42 runs. No other player scored anything special. Similarly, the performance of Perth Scorchers Academy team was also not special and no one scored for 42 days. But due to their teamwork, hard work and dedication, they have succeeded in this match and they completed this target and won this match. If the players of Pakistan Shaheens team had worked a little harder, they could have given a better target and won this match, but this could not happen and the opposing team won this match.

Pakistan Shaheens lost the game, but still the man of the match is Faisal Akram from Pakistan Shaheens due to his wonderful bowling. He got 5 wickets and gave just 16 runs in 4 overs.

If Pakistan got two more wickets, then they could be leading the table. However, Pakistan's batting was one of the worst today, but if we talk about the bowling lineup that was great. Faisal Akram and Ubaid Shah who is the brother of Naseem Shah got one wicket and Muhammad Waseem he also got one wicket. Pakistani pacers did magic yesterday.

Australians have to work hard to win this T20I series unlike the one they played in West Indies. Ten runs were needed in last over and Maxwell  smashed two boundaries in last over that resulted in victory. Maxwell was not out on 62 runs with eight 4s and two 6s. Australian skipper also played an important knock of 54 runs that include five 6s. South Africa fought hard but were not able to stop Australia from winning the final game. Three match ODI series between Australia and South Africa will start from Aug 19, 2025. 

Yeh Maxwell always stand for his team when matter were crucial and big and that's what he try to do especially when every big individual giveaway his wickets early on with minor contribution, then at the moment he stand and get the vital last match as well as series for his team. Honestly Everyone except Brevis to once again show his magic and somehow he does abit too, but Aussies already get the momentum which keep them up ahead on thier opponent, and thus results has been head off in Aussies favor at the end and they dominate the series. Hope so things will be more spicy in ODI after Aussies have thier main pacers.

Next over (19th) was way too good for death bowling and south Africa almost pulled back but again game was lost in Rabada's previous over. Things could have been tricky even for Maxwell if RR was around 15.

Yeah. Rabada succumbed to the pressure at the end which was uncharacteristic of him considering his experience and the fact that Maxwell was their last proper batsman remaining. Bosch was epic at the end.

They tried hard to remove the remaining tail enders, but Maxwell managed to solve that issue somehow. Crazy final!

Yep, In the 8th game of Top End T20 Series Pakistan Shaheens lost the game against zperth Scorches Academy in a game of 20 overs. Pakistan Shaheens opened with Yasir and khawaja with a disappointing start of 3 runs and after that Pakistan Shaheens suffered. Perth Scorchers consistently attacked the main players of the teams to knock them out. The top order lost wickets early without any major contribution it was just the middle order who scored the whole runs. Faiq was the player to contribute 21 runs and Saad was about to complete his fifty but kost wicket at 42 runs then the final order steppen in with elimination at just 111 runs losing all wickets before allotted overs.
Perth Scorchers opened with Sam and Teage with a 15 runs partnership then the one down player Joel scored some runs. Perth Scorchers players performed very bad not so impressive performance but still they won the game by 2 wickets.

The third T20I was a thrilling affair and there was no telling which team would emerge victorious until the last ball. Batting first, South Africa posted 172 for 7 in their allotted 20 overs, while Australia, chasing a target of 173, batted at RR. Australia batted brilliantly for the first seven overs and did not lose a wicket in the seven overs, but they lost four wickets in the next four overs, putting them under considerable batting pressure. Australia then lost two more wickets in the 19th over, making the winning equation even more difficult. The last two batsmen were on the wicket in the 20th over and needed almost nine runs off six balls, but Australia finally secured a series win over South Africa with two fours and a double.

Before this series, South Africa played a tri-nation T20 cup that include Zimbabwe and New Zealand also. South Africa lost all three matches against New Zealand and only won two games against Zimbabwe, this shows the potential of South Africa against top T20 sides. But South Africa recently won the WTC, so we can give them some leverage in T20 for such bad performance. South Africa still is a good team and they can regroup before the start of T20 world cup scheduled next year.

Yeah. 5 match series would have definitely been better since I couldn't care less about the ODI format these days. The ICC should just get rid of it and divert more resources towards the T20 and Test formats in my opinion.

This would benefit literally everyone involved in the long run since the ODI format seems to be surviving primarily thanks to the ODI World Cup these days.

No doubt baber has done alot and in my view and no one even closer to him in term of statics and record for Pakistani team at every format, but still after consistent 8 year of vital performce they drop him just on the basic of previous two year performance which is horrible, honestly I don't even imagine Pakistani team were complete without him. Anyway Rizwan as well as Naseem got dropped too and now that's combination of several young player team which I think will be in huge trouble st crucial situation because lack of expensive will get them hardly against stringer side.

Babar Azam was given lots of chances but he failed to regain his form in last two years. By the way two years is a hell amount of time in international cricket. Azam last century came against Nepal in August 2023 and since then he hasn't scored century in any format. It's best time for Babar Azam to go back and play domestic cricket to regain his form that will help him in making a strong come back in international cricket. It's good decision by PCB to move ahead with new team and give out of form players rest.
