PCB has officially announced Squad for upcoming tri series against Afghanistan and UAE held in Dubai as well as for upcoming Asia cup 2025, it's the first time since 2016 that Baber thier key player wasn't part of any major tournament, like seriously. No doubt baber has done alot and in my view and no one even closer to him in term of statics and record for Pakistani team at every format, but still after consistent 8 year of vital performce they drop him just on the basic of previous two year performance which is horrible, honestly I don't even imagine Pakistani team were complete without him. Anyway Rizwan as well as Naseem got dropped too and now that's combination of several young player team which I think will be in huge trouble st crucial situation because lack of expensive will get them hardly against stringer side.

I personally think that Babar Azam is a great player for Pakistan. In cricket, there are two batsmen in the world, one is Virat Kohli and the number two is Babar Azam. Pakistan has announced a T20 series without that Babar Azam. He has been dropped from the team due to poor performance in a few series. But a few days ago, Pakistan won matches with Babar Azam's bat. I think that thinking about the future, the Pakistan team has given a chance to new players by dropping experienced players like Rizwan and Babar Azam and Naseem Shah.

The third T20I was a thrilling affair and there was no telling which team would emerge victorious until the last ball. Australia batted brilliantly for the first seven overs and did not lose a wicket in the seven overs, but they lost four wickets in the next four overs, putting them under considerable batting pressure. The last two batsmen were on the wicket in the 20th over and needed almost nine runs off six balls, but Australia finally secured a series win over South Africa with two fours and a double.

That was two sided match because both teams did excellent in the last match and every team tried to do well in this match to win this match. Dewald Brevis was a player who did excellent in the last match and he made half century in this match when it was requirement of the match and he played very fast inning in this match because he hit 6 sixes in this match which was excellent performance in this match. Rassie van der Dussen also tried to do well in this match because he want to make match interesting and he made 38 runs in this match but opponent team players played excellent and chased the target at the end of the inning. Glenn Maxwell was a person who made brilliant runs for the team and he gave win to the team as a gift because that team could lose this match.

Australia chased a record total runs 173 and won the match. Hopefully  Australia will play more matches like this in the future tournament. South Africa played a very bad match and needs to work hard now to move forward. They will have to work even harder to progress. The best bowling performance in the Australia team was by Nathan Ellis bowled 4 over conceded 31 runs and took 3 Wickets. Congratulations Australia winning T20 tournament.

Babar Azam was given lots of chances but he failed to regain his form in last two years. By the way two years is a hell amount of time in international cricket. Azam last century came against Nepal in August 2023 and since then he hasn't scored century in any format. The top order lost wickets early without any major contribution it was just the middle order who scored the whole runs. Faiq was the player to contribute 21 runs and Saad was about to complete his fifty but kost wicket at 42 runs then the final order steppen in with elimination at just 111 runs losing all wickets before allotted overs.
Perth Scorchers opened with Sam and Teage with a 15 runs partnership then the one down player Joel scored some runs. Perth Scorchers players performed very bad not so impressive performance but still they won the game by 2 wickets.

Yes, in the Perth Scorchers Academy vs Bangladesh A match today, no one else except Afif Hossain batted significantly well. He scored 42 runs off 49 balls, which was not a particularly good performance for a T20 match. In the end, Bangladesh A managed to score 123 runs for nine wickets in the stipulated 20 overs, relying on Mohammad Mrittunjoy Chowdhury Nipun's 14 off 8 balls and Rakibul Hasan's 16 off 5 balls.

It is never possible to improve the overall performance of a team with one or two player. Maybe sometimes a player alone performs so well that the team's win is also ensured, but that is not suitable for doing well consistently. For a team to do well consistently, the batsmen as well as the bowlers of the team must perform well, otherwise it is not possible to win the match. One or two players in a team can do badly, but if the rest also do badly, then it is never acceptable as good. The icon players in the team have to endure more pressure to play because their responsibilities are greater than others.

The board or concerned team should not focus only on Babar Azam or Rizwan or any other specific player, but should give equal importance to the other good players in the team.

PCB is probably very dismay  with Babar, Rizwan and Naseem Shah. These three are the most experienced players in the pakistan squad. But we have not seen good performance from them for a long time. The Pakistan board has given a lot of time and opportunities to babar and rizwan. But even then the performance of these two players is still weak. That is why the Pakistan board has sent these three players to take a rest. However , I would say that this rest should have been sent earlier. Even if they were  not kept in the squad for the Tri- series, experienced players like Babar, Rizwan and Naseem Shah were needed in the squad for the Asia Cup.

Yes, the reason for the defeat of Bangladesh A team in this match is the failure of the batsmen, due to the bad performance of the batsmen, Bangladesh A team was not able to give enough run target. Pakistan Shaheens were able to provide a big target. Considering the condition of the pitch, the target of 179 runs can definitely be called a big target. None of Melbourne's bowlers could bowl very well. However, Fergus O'Neill and Sutherland's bowling was somewhat controlled. Besides, Oliver Peake gave away only 12 runs in 2 overs.

No matter how Pakistan forms the squad, I don't expect much from them now. Every player in the squad is talented. We see their brilliant innings in the Under-19s.
