Nepal need to win these sort of matches. I have seen on multiple occasions, Nepal losing matches after having a firm advantage. Their bowling simply imploded during the depth overs. They had Pakistan at 74/7, and then allowed them to score runs at above 10 runs per over. Nandan Yadav and Sompal Kami leaked too many runs towards the end. Even then, 145 was perfectly chasable. But in the beginning, Aasif Sheikh and Kushal Bhurtel wasted too many balls, and by the time Dipendra Singh Airee reached the crease, it was already very difficult.

One correction: 15 players restriction is not an excuse but rule and it depends on the tournament and it's organisers like ICC or ACC ( which includes substitute, backup or replacement).

Rules could be flexible for bilateral series but even they have limitations on squad.

It is a rule being used as an excuse by Agarkar and the rest of the management in this specific case. They have the final say on who is in and out which is why this is a childish excuse to hide their true opinions.

These fools are still trying to push for an Indian all format captain when most feel that it's better to stick to separate captains for different formats at present. Smh!

All i am saying is that you can criticise them on selection policy and how come they sidelined Jaiswal and Iyer who had bigger claim for the Asia Cup squad and potentially playing XI.

Pakistan Shaheens cricket team is ready to fight against Perth Scorchers Academy as their performance is well in last match and that team played very well at the end of the match when it was requirement of the team and that team won the match by 1 run. I think they were already qualified for semifinals so that's why they take thier opponent slightly light which results in thier defeat, but It hasn't look like effect their position. While today we have some more interesting clashes between Melbourne and Australian Capital Territory where ACT beat them hardly and thus restrict them to move into the semifinal while at the same time  Bangladesh got defeated too by Adelaide and that's how we have things got clear for semifinals.
Now Pakistani Shaheen will face Perth academy in semi and results were mostly like to be in Pakistan favor despite being factor of they got defeated by Perth in early on match, so let's see will they change the results or knocked out of the tournament.

You are absolutely right, this was first defeat of Chicago Kingsmen squad in this competition. Before this, squad had won 5 consecutive matches and defeated their opponents. This single loss does not harm their ranking, as they are already present in first position with have 10 points and now they will play first semi final match against Adelaide Strikers squad. Also interesting thing, Pakistan Shaheens have also reached in second semi final, where they will face Perth Scorchers Academy squad. Chicago Kingsmen must avoid repeating this mistake of underestimating their opponent. Hobart Hurricanes squad achieved all Chicago Kingsmen scores 162 with close margin and 4 deliveries remain to play. Melbourne Stars Academy won match against  Bangladesh team A in a close match. When Bangladesh scored 156 runs target with excellent performance of Saif who scored 45 runs, their bowlers failed to stand consequently, and they lost by 3 wicket with remaining four balls. Hamish with 3 wickets and Jonathan 61 runs was fantastic scoring by Melbourne team in finishing match with win.

Good game by Perth Scorchers Academy, but I think Adelaide Strikers Academy also put in a lot of effort to win the cup, but due to luck and the lack of 15 runs, we have a different winner, a different result.

From Perth Scorchers Academy, Baxter Holt scored a century, while from Adelaide Strikers Academy, Mackenzie Harvey was playing amazingly, and he stood until the last ball of the innings. Jake Winter  got out early that is why the pressure was rising on them but then Harry Manenti  scored 60 of 31 balls still they cannot make it to the win.
