Yes that is right that for team like India winning by only 21 runs against Oman is not good result. While India score of 188 was decent I also expected more from them. Main issue was their bowling as Oman scored 167 runs for just 4 wickets. Your point that more experienced team could have won match is very logical. Fact is that Indian captain used eight different bowlers shows clear lack of confidence. So even though they won this performance raises serious questions for team.
