Exactly Pakistan score was good effort but it was not enough against strong team like India. Your point about needing score of over 200 is good in big matches higher total is mostly needed to put enough pressure on other team. And India bowlers were very controlled and did not let Pakistan batsmen score freely. And India two opening batsmen made it easy for their team because Pakistan bowlers could not stop them. It was well played match by India and your breakdown of it is perfect. But still I think India and Pakistan will play final match of this tournament. If Pakistan will win all their remaining matches and India also win all remaining matches so definitely India and Pakistan will play in final again.

Pakistan started well but they could not bat well in the middle due to which even though they could have given a target of 190 or 200 runs, it was not met. The target of 172 runs was a very easy target for Team India and the two opening batsmen made the game easier. ‌
