In the BBL match today between Melbourne Renegades and Sydney Sixers, first power play's second over Tim Seifert start it with a great boundary, the ball was good but he played really great straight shot that results in four and then bit of running between the wickets between both of the batsmen but when the last ball arrived Tim Seifert got out and the revenge has been taken by the bowler Jack Edwards.

Before in that over, Jack Edwards understood that he was looking for straight shots and boundaries that is why he gave extra bounce to the ball and it was direct an inside edge.

Eliminator of ILT20 is in progress between Abu Dhabi Knight Riders (ADKR) and Dubai Capitals (DC), loser will be out of the contest and winner  will play against MI Emirates tomorrow. We saw good efforts from ADKR openers who gave an opening stand of 122 runs in just 13.3 over. But after Phil Salt got out, the incoming four middle order batsmen were able not able to make it to double figure and that's why ADKR gave a target of 158 runs. Now to win this eliminator, the ADKR bowlers need to bowl extremely well because if DC got good start then due to small target it won't be possible for ADKR to win the match.

This is truly the most exciting match in this year's BPL. Initially, when Rangpur was batting, it seemed that Rangpur was going to win today's match easily, but Rangpur could not touch the target of seven runs in the last over. Full credit for Rajshahi's victory has to be given to Ripon Mondal because due to his excellent bowling in the last over, Rajshahi could draw this match with Rangpur. And when Ripon Mondal came to bowl in the super over, he bowled brilliantly and allowed Rangpur to score only 6 runs without giving any boundaries. Later, when Rajshahi came to bat with a target of seven runs, they scored 10 runs with three balls remaining, thus ensuring Rajshahi's victory. Today, I want to give full credit to Ripon Mondal for Rajshahi's victory, Ripon Mondal really bowled brilliantly today.

By the way there was no specific aim from Rajashahi Warrior but their bowling made them win today because Rangpur Rider had scored 159 runs while playing the second innings the way they started the game.If they had tried a little more the match would not have reached the super over and the winning would have been for Rangpur Rider.But in the end the whole game changed and the match reached the super over.Tanzid Hassan from Rajashahi Warrior scored 10 runs while playing the super over alone which was enough for the winning.Then Rangpur Rider played the super over and lost the match by losing 2 wickets in 6 balls.Rangpur Rider had lost the match very closely which they will be very sorry about.

I personally think that matches that go to the Super Over are definitely a bit more interesting than other common matches. Even if these matches are not very popular in a tournament or between such teams, these matches are still full of excitement. That is what happened in today's match of the Bangladesh Premier League between Rajshahi Warriors and Rangpur Riders.
But I think Rajshahi Warriors had good luck today as they were able to win this match and at the same time got the fortune to go to number one in the points table of Bangladesh Premier League. Most probably they opened this team last season and their good performance this season is really commendable. Moreover, Tanzid Hasan's fearless three-ball 10-run knock in the Super Over also deserves praise.

I agree that Abu Dhabi Knight Riders cannot be called as dominant because they won four games and barely made playoffs, yet Desert Vipers have been real powerhouse with eight out of ten games won. Obvious choice as winner of the final on Sunday is Vipers, as they were best in league, their team is more balanced, and they have extra rest compared to ADKR and MI Emirates which must play more games.
Although ADKR is dangerous since they have the momentum of recent victory, they were very average in regular season compared to steady and high performance of Vipers. They won last game and if they will continue there win today again so we can sy they have ability to win the final match.

It was so unnecessary gameplay by Rangpur Riders in the super over. Why are they depending on the running between the wickets, it is the over where we just want to have power hitting and nothing else.

They total set 4 runs in that super over but due to extras (couple of wide), their total was 6. At the same time, they did not send to the openers, there were the middle order players in the super over, and those players who did not even play well in the innings. Kyle Mayers was in the super over just because he hit a six in the innings.

What an unfortunate for Rangpur Rider's, an essy match they lost. This match slipped away from their hand. Last two ball just needed 1 run but it ends up to super over. Rangpur had the luxury to win this match , but they could bot execute it properly. Poor execution from them. Rangpur we're strong from the begin with.

Watching their match , They we're very poor at super over, all the balls we're offside wide , Hetmeyr and Hridoy were forcefully trying to pick those ball and the end result is no boundaries in 6 ball but a wicket.

It was certainly exciting game and super over made it even more fun. Rajshahi showed that he can do well under pressure and that is why they are where they are today. Although run rate of Ripon Mondol was high, he could get wickets at right time, and this was main reason, especially when game was so close. In some cases, impact is more important than numbers.
Nevertheless, general bowling of team is issue, as it is dangerous to rely on single bowler to shine in poor attack in long term. I think that only way Rajshahi can stay same is by working on their control in their bowling especially at the end of the game. It is fine to win tight matches, but to continue being at top, it will be important to improve bowling group.

Has anyone watched the 11th match of Bangladesh Premier League? The match was between Dhaka Capitals vs Chattogram Royals. Dhaka has lost again, Dhaka Capitals won the 1st match so I thought they would do well but their batsmen are not doing well. Especially Dhaka's opening batsmen are not doing well, Saif Hassan has failed in all three matches, he scored 1 run in the 1st match, 9 runs in the 2nd match and got out for 1 run today too. Now after failing repeatedly, should Saif Hassan be given a chance, in my opinion someone else should be given a chance instead. Saif Hassan did well in a few matches of the last Asia Cup but I have not seen him do well in any of the subsequent matches. However, Chattogram Royals' players did well and won by a huge margin of 10 wickets. Now Dhaka's batsmen should try to perform well, otherwise they will not be able to win against any team.

Current situation is sad one to fans of Dhaka Capitals since team has been performing well but now is in bad spot particularly with opening partnership that cannot use Powerplay overs. You are correct in being worried about Saif Hassan because his scores of 1, 9, and 1 are very low, showing that he is struggling with new ball and local pitches, which forces other batters to be too careful. On other hand, Chattogram Royals were perfect in their game as they had steady opening pair and very strict bowling which forced Dhaka to make mistakes, leading to huge 10 wickets loss. Dhaka cannot afford to wait until players get into their form as they continue to lose matches since BPL is short tournament. New opener would help middle order and provide energy boost to entire team that Saif Hassan is not bringing.

People are raising questions about Nurul Hasan and Mahmudullah for this defeat of Rangpur Riders. Bangladeshi players performance is always funny in important situations.
