Shepherd, holder, Russell etc which is why they collapse and mostly restricted by opponent bowling lineup and that's how lose the vital matches by small margin. West indies have truly shimmer of hope with their strong partnership between king and Hetmyer but as soon as it broke things start to favor Afghanistan and thus they officially won the series.

Yeah. I think it's a great move since Iyer can destroy bowlers pretty consistently in the T20 and ODI formats, but sucks in the test format.

Seriously Iyer and kl are not consistent in ODI. The former is one of the reliable middle order batter for India, check his 2024 wc numbers and check his last 10 innings before NZ series. For KL, have lot to complain but you don't average 50 by being inconsistent.

Agreed. Adding Abhishek to ODI lineup makes zero sense since he clearly lacks the patience levels required for that format while Iyer and Rahul are far more reliable, patient and experienced when compared to him. Nonsensical points for sure.

India is very experienced in T20I and they can bat very well and score runs quickly. Although they lost the ODI series, they will try hard to win the T20I series against New Zealand. In today's match, India has managed to win by a huge margin, defeating the New Zealand team by 48 runs. However, India must improve their game more because if they ignore the performance of the New Zealand team and its much better performance, India may get stuck in the T20I series like the ODI series. It was a really enjoyable game between India and New Zealand. Indian batters showing there aggression in batting and completely dominating on New Zealand's bowlers and India won the game. Abhishek Sharma played a very classical and aggressive inning while giving the target. He was in good touch and contributed 84 runs in total and unfortunately missing his century and the target was given by India is  239 runs. Target seems to be strong but in realtime its not easy to defend it because the pitch is supporting to batters and also the due drops in night is favourable for batting but instead of these factors India well perform in bowling and also  utilities the bowling lineup according to perfect plane. New Zealand don't utilizes its bowling line up perfectly especially don't use there spinners and focous on pacers which turns the game in favor of India and but India shows very wise bowling plane and at the that easily defend the target of 239 runs and won the game.

NO BANGLADESH IN T20 WORLD CUP

Bangladesh remain firm in their stance that they won't play T20WorldCup matches in India after the ICC denied the request to move their matches to Sri Lanka & BCB lost the vote by 14-2 on their request with only PCB supporting them .

Bangladesh Government has announced that their team is boycotting the World Cup.Scotland will replace them as they are the next in rankings , it remains to see what sanction ICC will impose on Bangladesh ..I think Bangladesh will lose hosting rights of 2031 wc also along with monetary sanctions.

With T-20 vibes india also took SKY to ODI WC, that time he was hot commodity in t-20 and it backfired. Abhishek is talented but competition is heavy for top 3. Jaiswal is in dugout warming the bench because of rohit, then there is rutu as well.

Maybe once rohit and Virat goes then there is a possibility but not right now. Kl and Iyer are middle order batters so no competition with openers.

Bangladesh has not been excluded from the ICC. Bangladesh has ignored the ICC decision. There have been two types of reactions to this. But the reality is that since India had returned Mustafizur Rahman from the IPL considering the security of Bangladeshi players and Bengalis, the Bangladesh team playing cricket in India was a security issue. Considering this aspect, Bangladesh had a fair demand to play cricket in another venue. I will also say that on this pitch condition if The West Indies want to win in this match then they were really supposed to make a high score but they stuck on only 151 and I would also like to say that in this match their is a high probability of that the West Indies team wouldn't be able to restrict the Afghanistani batters in under 150 run.
Even if we take our eyes on the current match we are seeing that Afghanistani batters are giving a signal by their opening over by scoring 15 runs and so that I would say that this match is going to be a another easy win for the Afghanistani team as they did in the previous two matches and going to white washed the West Indies team.

It's really sad to hear this and this decision will put a long term bad effect on their cricket but this is what it is. It's really a brave decision by them as it is rare to see the small board surrender against ICC but good to see someone taking a stance and standing firmly on it.

Also, only Pakistan voted for them as they themselves have managed to move their games to Sri Lanka. I was thinking why other nations have problem with this and why they voted against them ? Maybe because they wanted to please ICC

The corruption in Bangladesh cricket's board (BCB) is not new; As many governments have come to power at different times, because the government used to make its own party people the board's chairman. But I think now that there is no permanent government in the country. The current board is temporary and corruption-free; the main problem now is the reluctance to play in India. Whereas the Bangladesh Cricket Board and the government feel that playing on an Indian ground will put the cricketers' security at risk.  BCB demanded that the match be hosted in another country, but ICC refused and issued a 48-hour ultimatum, warning that BCB would face consequences if it did not respond. BD cricket team will eliminate the team from the next T20 World Cup.
