Most of the people from us were expecting that Abhishek Sharma might smash early because last time when he faced Pakistan thrice in Asia Cup he did that and from the Pakistan side, expecting good game from Farhan but also he did nothing special and after several dot balls, he got out. USA squad performance in Group A has been quite good. Out of total 4 matches, they have won 2 and lost 2. USA squad against Namibia squad, USA started match first with strong batting and batters were managed to collect 199 scored after playing 20 overs inning. This is where their chances of winning will really start to falter because I think South Africa has a chance of winning even if they score 170 to 180 runs.

By playing first New Zealand team scored 175 runs and lost 7 wickets. In the starting they lost some wickets early they should build a partnership but could not do this. Middle order players scored more runs and the openers dismissed early. Mark Chapman and Mitchell batting was very well. They hit collectively 3 sixes and 8 fours. So they made a good total but when South Africa team played then they showed outstanding performance. Enough chances have been given to players like Babar Azam, Shaheen and Shadab but they never performed when its the time. Honestly I was happy after India gave a target of 176 runs. I thought Pakistan had a chance to win. Because India's batting order is strong. Collecting 200+ is not a difficult task for them. But Pakistan's top order batsmen batted strangely. None of the experienced batsmen like Farhan, Ayub, Agha salmna and Babar could collect even 10 runs. Dipendra batsmen batted with full energy and made brilliant half century 58 runs but all his effort and runs were not enough to win this game. WI team won this game by big margin 9 wickets and they chased down all runs in 15.2 overs. Jason got player of game award and his bowling effort was brilliant and took down 4 wickets in 4 overs. Shai and Shimron batsmen performed outstanding and Shai scored 61 runs in 44 balls.

This is often called the most exciting match, but this match was the most one-sided.
